We deliver our designer furniture worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: £12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. We recommend tracking your order through the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we take every care to ensure your AuraLiving furniture meets our high standards, we understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their bespoke nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Designer Sofas (custom orders)
  • Art pieces
  • Ceiling Lights (special orders)
  • Books (for hygiene reasons)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our Oxford-based customer service at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number if applicable.
  3. Packaging: Securely repack the item using original packaging. For large items (sofas, beds), we may arrange collection.
  4. Shipping: For smaller items, send to our Oxford address (76 Park End St, Oxford, GB OX7C 3HV) using a trackable service. Keep your receipt.
  5. Inspection: Our quality team will inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  6. Completion: You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement or repair at no additional cost.
