However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail that defines our collections.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order

Please note: Due to their bespoke nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Designer Sofas (custom orders)
  • Art pieces
  • Ceiling Lights (special orders)
  • Books (for hygiene reasons)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our Oxford-based customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item using its original packaging. For large items like sofas or beds, we may arrange collection.
  4. Ship Your Return: For smaller items, send the package to our Oxford address using a trackable shipping service. Keep your shipping receipt.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days).
  6. Completion: You will receive email confirmation once your return or exchange is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items
